We operate one print run per week. New orders are added to the next print run (which could be 7 days away)
Once the first letter is received, you can expect the remaining five letters to arrive at a similar time each week until all six have been delivered. Delivery times can vary by destination.
Returns & Refunds
Each Epic Letter letter is custom-printed just for your child, so we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations once printing has started.
But if something goes wrong, we’ll put it right straight away.
If a letter arrives damaged, misprinted, or goes missing in the post, just email help@epicletterclub.com within 14 days of receiving (or expecting) it.
We’ll immediately arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund if we can’t put things right.
Our goal is for every child to enjoy their letters without worry.
